  • poloha, dostupnost centra, milý personál

  • jednání Hotel.cz - rezervován jiný pokoj, než ve kterém jsem byla ubytována. A nebyla to chyba recepční, kontrolovala to přede mnou. Na internetu i voucheru je zobrazený úplně jiný pokoj, než kde jsem byla ubytovaná - to snad ani nebyl pokoj pro hosty ,ale komora pro služku!!! Jednání Hotel.cz v tomto případě považuji za klamání klienta!
