  • No second key for an 4 persons room available. Because of this I triggered the night alarm (everydoor in the hotel was open except the outside door for room 19)

  • Pokoj č. 29 neměl žaluzie ani záclony na střešním okně, což při tropických vedrech činilo pokoj přehrátým (bez klimatizace nebo ventilátoru). Při zavřených dvoukřídlých dveřích na toaletu zůstává dole škvíra cca 2 cm. Doporučujeme odstranit pavučiny a setřít prach.
